First Keystone Corporation (OTC PINK: FKYS), parent company of First Keystone Community Bank, declared a $0.27 per share quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of record as of December 13, 2018, payable December 31, 2018.

Total cash dividends per share will be $1.08 as of December 31, 2018, the same amount paid for the period ending December 31, 2017.
