Amira Nature Foods, Ltd (NYSE: ANFI), a leading global provider of branded, packaged Indian specialty rice, announced today that its Board of Directors has called an annual general meeting to be held at Beau Rivage Geneva, Quai du Mont Blanc 13, 1201, Geneva, Switzerland on February 25, 2019 at 9:00 am Local Time.
Shareholders of record, at the close of business on January 25, 2019 will be entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, the annual general meeting and at any adjournments or postponements thereof. The formal notice of the meeting will be sent to shareholders of the Company in due course.
