NEWVOICEMEDIA APPOINTS NEW PARTNER MANAGER, STRENGTHENING PARTNER ECOSYSTEM AND DRIVING MOMENTUM
NewVoiceMedia, a leading global provider of cloud contact centre solutions announced the appointment of Jonathan Judd as Partner Manager of North America. In his new role, Judd will continue to build NewVoiceMedia’s integrated, comprehensive global partner strategy and drive continuous customer success across all markets.

As Partner Manager of North America, Judd will focus on driving partner relationships with Salesforce to maintain NewVoiceMedia’s position as the leading contact centre provider within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Judd has 23 years’ experience in the contact centre industry, including five years spent as a channel sales manager developing successful partner channels at LiveOps and 8×8. He also served as business development manager at InContact where he managed the Salesforce relationship. Prior to that, Judd spent 18 years running contact centres and supervising hundreds of tech support and customer service professionals at MCI, Oracle, HP, CVS Caremark and H&R Block.

Joining Judd is Eric Coyle, who is transitioning from VP of Sales Engineering to VP of Solutions Strategy. Prior to working at NewVoiceMedia, Eric spent more than 25 years supervising technical sales teams for Salesforce, Oracle and VMware. In this new position he will work alongside the executive team to develop a strong customer proposition strategy that will increase growth in global markets.
