Why: Digital channels are fertile ground for delivery of marketing messages, and mobile functionality has opened new doors for reaching customers with the right messages, at the right time and the right place. Bank of Ireland has capitalized on almost-universal adoption of smartphones in both the Irish and UK market by making significant enhancements to its mobile banking service to increase customer engagement.

In this session, the bank will discuss how it is breaking new ground for marketing in the mobile channel, directly in the bank’s mobile app. The session will also focus on the bank’s innovative approach to delivery of real-time campaigns for an entire range of dynamic messaging and advertising, as well as measurements of success.
