It is an excellent result that reinforces Caixabank’s reputation as an organisation and increases the confidence of their customers.

This achievement has been further enhanced as the vast majority of CaixaBank colleagues have not only passed but have done so with an outstanding average score of 85%. “This excellent result is a clear demonstration of the commitment of our employees, who have shown tremendous amount of effort and knowledge in an exam that was not easy, and includes a large volume of materials that they have studied for nearly two years” – explains Xavier Coll, Deputy Director General and Director of Human Resources, CaixaBank

Juan Antonio Alcaraz, Director General for the Business, also adds his congratulations, and considers “that this outcome represents a great success for the prestige of CaixaBank, and a great argument to verify the quality and professionalism of the advice we offer on a daily basis to our customers “.

The spectacular results have impressed the heads of educational institutions, the University PompeuFabra (UPF) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). “We are talking about a very demanding course of studies that have all the academic rigor of our university and have passed a stress test that confirms that the exam meets all of our reliability and validity criteria” explains Xavier Puig, Program Director at University PompeuFabra.
